We are living in extraordinarily exciting times! As movement of people increases around the world, so does the need to communicate with speakers of other languages. Learning a new language takes an extraordinary amount of time and effort. During the interim, Dialog One proudly offers precise, expeditious and innovative foreign language services for people and organizations around the world.

As you may be aware we have the profound opportunity to engage with others human beings through the expression of language, however all too often we use language to force outcomes, control or manipulate others to get what we want. In recent years we have seen an increased desire for integrity, accuracy and effectiveness for communication in our global community.

Large amounts of money and time are being spent trying to fix and change things around us. We rarely take a look at the context or the filter we see through. An example is the emphasis on technology for translation and the intention of saving money, often resulting in insufficient or unsatisfactory results.

Dialog One exists for people and organizations who desire to interact effectively with people who speak other languages. We provide Interpretation/Cultural Mediation and Translation services to support small and large organizations in their efforts to build cross-cultural understanding and relationships locally, nationally and abroad. Dialog One’s suite of language solutions offers you access to 150 + languages 24 hours a day, seven days a week. We have packages that link you and our interpreters/cultural mediators and translators on your schedule featuring your choice of on-demand or pre-scheduled over the phone/video conferencing sessions.

We continue to add professionally accredited bilinguals to our portfolio, and we actively engage in continued education and accreditation so that we can accurately convey your message and that you are certain that you are hearing exactly what your client is saying both linguistically and culturally.

There are several options through our company because we work with cutting-edge technology. You can either pre-schedule multiple cultural mediation sessions or request immediate sessions over the phone, in person, and through video conferences. We translate your written documents, and verify their accuracy before sending them on to your customers. Our telephony systems integrate interactive VOIP technology, customer relationship management software and internet solutions to provide the appropriate technology platform to support you.
