...Very pleased with the Quality of Interpreters

I am the supervisor of the Early Childhood Public Health unit in Hennepin County. We visit approximately 1100 families each year providing screening and Personal Care Attendant assessments for young children. Approximately twenty five percent of the referrals coming to our unit are for no-English speaking families. Over the past year we have been using Dialog One as our primary contracted interpreting agency. We have been very pleased with the quality of interpreters who have been assigned from Dialog One. The company is diligent about assigning interpreters familiar with the work of our unit. The interpreters have been knowledgeable, punctual and professional We looking forward continuing to work with Dialog One in 2009.
